The Museum Guild Mission is to promote Museum membership and encourage interest in the Museum of Art-DeLand’s exhibitions, related educational programming, and special events through volunteering, hosting and supplemental funding.

Q Who can belong to the Museum Guild?
A Anyone who is a member of the Museum of Art - DeLand.
Q Why become a Museum Guild Member?
A In addition to the numerous benefits listed above, Guild Membership provides you with the opportunities of meeting featured master artists and learning firsthand about their lives and how they create their art.
Q What kind of volunteer opportunities are available with Guild Membership?
A Work in the Museum Store, train to become a Museum Docent, serve on committees that plan fun events, accept leadership roles in the Guild and/or prepare light bites for museum exhibition openings.
Q How much time / financial commitment is expected?
A Active Guild Members volunteer 3 hours per month with agreeable times that best suit their schedule. Guild dues are only $20 per years Associate Guild Members pay dues of $40 per year in lieu of volunteering.
